Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Conducting sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Conducting test drives with customers to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiating sales prices and terms with customers
- Providing sales support by following up with leads and inquiries
- Collaborating with the dealership team to achieve overall sales goals
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer interactions
- Excellent sales support abilities to assist customers throughout the buying process
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry trends
- Proven track record in outside sales or similar roles
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to communicate with a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
