How you'll make an impact
We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!
This position will be responsible for:
- Review agency statements and commission for accuracy
- Review accounts receivable reports for past due items
- Reconcile escrow bank accounts
- Apply incoming payments via check, Epay, ACH and credit card
- Make online deposits for escrow accounts
- Special projects as business requires
About You
Required:
- Associates degree preferred.
- Experience with Excel
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and strong time management skills.
