Overview
The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for processing new business written by the Retail Programs Sales Team while adhering to efficiency and process standards. They are accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the overall workflow processes of the Retail Programs. This includes working in coordination with the Gallagher Center of Excellence and Service Team to set up accounts and process new policy documents. The Client Onboarding Specialist also works on various projects for the Programs Team and conducts periodic audits to ensure compliance with Gallagher's standards and service levels. They are responsible for maintaining accurate client and policy data and documents within Gallagher systems and creating documents, certificates, and reports using appropriate systems and resources. This is a fully remote position.
How you'll make an impact
Process new business written by our Retail Programs Sales Team by adhering to efficiency/productivity and process standards- Accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting the Retail Programs overall workflow processes.
- Work in coordination with our Gallagher Center of Excellence and Service Team to setup accounts and process new policy documents.
- Work on various Operations projects for the Programs Team
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance to Gallagher’s standards and service levels.
- Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents within our Gallagher systems.
- Creates documents, certificates, etc. using appropriate systems and resources, which may include communications, forms, certificates, reports, etc.
About You
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills.
Preferred: Previous insurance experience preferred. Active P/C insurance license or willing to acquire. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous customer service experience desirable.
