RQA, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our team in Tinley Park, IL. This role supports our RQA Services team by managing project setup, data validation, field representative coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in project setup, including instructions, application procedures, and data validation.
- Serve as the primary client contact for active Consumer Retrieval projects.
- Create and maintain projects in Service Manager and RQA Services applications.
- Coordinate in-house product evaluations and sample preparation.
- Manage product receiving and storage at the RQA facility.
- Communicate with field representatives to resolve data and expense issues.
- Monitor and track field project progress, maintaining detailed status notes.
- Provide phone and email support to field representatives.
- Review project paperwork for accuracy and completeness, addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Approve expenses and generate rep rating reports.
- Compile and deliver project status updates and final reports to clients.
- Resolve escalated data and expense issues and consult HR when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French (required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in building relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Salary : $40,000 - $56,000
