Building Grounds 1st Shift

Qualifications :

• Ability to work in a team environment required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Ability to use powered hand tools in the operation of maintenance duties.
• General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems desired.
• Ability to assist outside vendors when required in the repair and installation of equipment.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $24.15 $38.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to : education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. In addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential callin and standby pay.
