AmeriLux International is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, self-driven, safety-oriented team member for the AmeriLux Maintenance Department. If you enjoy a variety of work this is the position for you! Day to day work will vary and off-site work at commercial and residential real estate properties in the De Pere area will be required.
Qualifications :
- Experience with commercial and residential property maintenance and repair
- Experience within production or warehouse environment
- Train and operate forklifts, scissors lift and other power tools
- Ability to work well with other team members with a high degree of enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to suit internal and external customer needs
- High attention to detail and drive to “do it right the first time”
- Prioritize Safety- maintain systems and help implement new safety initiatives
- Desire to learn more and be well rounded in knowledge base
- Ability to work unsupervised and to develop and manage day to day workflow
- Ability to lead a small team or project management experience a plus
- Experience in welding and light fabrication (jigs / fixtures) a plus
