Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Monitor and record client health.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance caregiving skills.
Skills
- Experience with assisting with ADL’s in home care
- Dementia care experience
- Strong skills in geriatrics care, ensuring the elderly receive appropriate support.
- Ability to assist in operating rooms (OR) when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
