We're in need of a detail oriented Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a results-oriented mindset to troubleshoot, repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
The Maintenance Supervisor Will :
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
- Oversee and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
- Design and implement training programs to upskill the team in advanced troubleshooting, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure facility infrastructure and equipment —including production lines, utilities, and safety systems—are properly maintained and fully operational.
- Enforce safety regulations and compliance standards, embedding a safety-first approach in all maintenance operations.
- Optimize spare parts inventory management, balancing cost control with availability to prevent downtime.
- Provide clear, data-driven reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and operational improvements to management and key stakeholders.
