RRCA Roofing and Solar is looking for motivated Salespeople to join our team!
We provide affordable, high-quality roofing services that focus on storm damage restoration. We have multiple locations throughout Florida and continue to grow and help homeowners and business owners in storm driven areas.
Qualified candidates will have both sales and customer service experience, be organized, driven, and communicate effectively.
If you don't have roofing or solar sales experience, don’t worry! We offer a state of the art training platform, online training dashboard, and team environment.
- You can make a minimum of $80-$90k with our program, depending on your efforts!

Responsibilities:
- Must be willing to network and prospect for new leads
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Clean, neat, professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Responsibilities will include running leads, canvassing neighborhoods, prospecting, estimating projects, creating work orders, taking pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members
