Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Billing Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• You will transmit claims to billing vendors, process/ correct insurance rejects, process re-bills, and work unbilled alert and comp census reports
  
• You will research, request, and update required information, insurance requirement edits, and follow-up on pending claims
• You will attach i-bills or implants invoices to paper billing when needed

What Qualifications you will need:

• One year of billing experience in the healthcare field is preferred
• Must be familiar with third party billing requirements and payment policies
