About the Role
Role Purpose
Following a period of change and the development and creation of the CXO organization and Marketing function the role has been created to become a collaborative and energized part of our Customer Experience community.
Our Digital and Commercial Insight community need to drive customer demand and lead the coordination of our brand and customer plans across Digital Product, Experimentation, UX Design and Research.
Our goal is to deliver sustainable and profitable growth which is efficient in its delivery to drive down costs.
The purpose of this role is to lead web analysis and insights that facilitate commercial, customer experience and channel effectiveness insights across all commercial channels (with a focus on digital) to identify new commercial opportunities, inform decisions and optimize investments.
Support the digital teams and Web Optimization Manager in preparing relevant insights, conversion rate optimization, journey analysis and producing measurement for experimentation.
Responsibilities
The Insight Analyst will take the lead on key activities and initiatives;
Leads the following :
- Champion a culture of data driven decision making.
- Interpret data from web analytics and business data, analy
- ze results and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.
- Work with our business insights team to maintain integrity of our web analytics systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work closely with the digital experience team to prioritize web data information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities within our web data collection and visualization practices.
- Be proactive in finding and identifying data integrity issues in the company’s web analytics systems.
- Use business data and web analytics to uncover potential causes behind changes in key metrics (add to cart / conversion rate / etc.)
- Analyzing web experiments (ab / multivariant testing)
