Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in the day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a sales professional demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and exhibit our core values.
Sales Growth and Performance: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Preferred). ~3 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Proven work experience as a Sales Manager. Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented. Must be familiar with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships. Goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers. Fast learner and passionate for sales. Advanced English level.
