What you’ll achieve:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our FraudAction Services team at Outseer. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing new opportunities. Your mission is to empower businesses to combat online fraud effectively, safeguarding them from financial and reputational risks.
As an Account Executive, you will spearhead sales efforts for Outseer FraudAction Services, focusing on new customer acquisition. You will develop a robust pipeline and achieve conversion rates in line with industry standards. .
Essential Duties
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Maintain current and accurate records of sales activity, pipeline development, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Generate and maintain sufficient pipeline through prospecting and outreach.
- Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and strategic outbound efforts.
- Partner with marketing from time to time on digital marketing support.
- Engage decision-makers in industries impacted by fraud, presenting FraudAction Services as the ideal solution.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve customer goals to purchase FraudAction Services.
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and revenue/sales targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights to influence product development and strategy.
- Initial sales territory will at least include the Americas.
Desired Requirements
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or account executive roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
- Experience in selling to B2B clients, with knowledge of fraud prevention tools a plus.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle and work under pressure of a quota.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Adept at consultative selling, with the ability to uncover client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Familiarity with fraud detection, cybersecurity solutions, or related technology is advantageous.
- Understanding industry compliance and best practices for fraud prevention.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.
- Sales using consultative sales techniques.
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
