Experience Requirements

  • Sales Experience : 2 years of experience in high-volume, transactional sales, preferably in SaaS or IT management.
  • Proven Closer : A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals quickly.
  • Excellent Communicator : Ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Customer-Focused : Strong relationship-building skills with a knack for understanding business needs.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to learn quickly.
  • On-Site Commitment : This role requires working in-office 5 days a week in our Miami (Coral Gables) location.
  • Education Requirements

    Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Sales & Close Deals : Focus on small and medium-sized businesses with a fast-paced, transactional sales cycle.
  • Manage a High-Volume Pipeline : Own the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Engage & Educate Prospects : Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and position our cutting-edge IT management solutions as the perfect fit.
  • Collaborate with Key Teams : Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Become a Product Expert : Stay ahead of industry trends and use your knowledge to sell with confidence.
  • Track & Optimize Performance : Provide insights on sales metrics, market trends, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
