Skills

- Proficiency in course development software and learning management systems. (Experience with Articulate Storyline and Paycom LMS would be a benefit).
- Creativity in designing engaging learning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of instructional design experience in a corporate setting.
- Portfolio with course samples.
- Experience with data analysis and creative problem-solving tactics.
- Passion for continued personal learning and growth in instructional design and related fields.
