Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact with the assigned school district, ensuring all concerns, issues, and inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicate work orders and other messages between drivers, monitors, school district and parents.
- Coordinate and assign drivers, vehicles, or equipment to specific locations based on predetermined schedules, customer requests, or urgent needs.
- Interact with supervisors or school district to address issues, service requests, or equipment needs.
- Ensure effective communication within company-designated areas.
- Develop daily schedules and work plans.
- Create and manage work orders for the crew or receive them from work crews.
- Maintain and organize records of work requests, customer requests, completed tasks, service charges, expenses, inventory, and other relevant information.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with school districts, parents, drivers, and internal team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using telephones, two-way radios, and text messaging for efficient communication.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to obtain MA 7D Certificate preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages preferred (English, Haitian Creole, Spanish).
