Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Budgeting, with a strong focus on automating and optimizing financial processes in QuickBooks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial reporting, process automation, and cash flow management to enhance operational efficiency.

• Manage AP, AR, and Collections, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support financial planning.
• Automate workflows within QuickBooks to streamline financial processes.
• Generate financial reports, monitor cash flow, and provide insights on cost control.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Work cross-functionally with departments to improve financial procedures.
• Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation for financial records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AP, AR, Collections, and Budgeting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, including automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly across teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
