The Accounting Manager will oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Budgeting, with a strong focus on automating and optimizing financial processes in QuickBooks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in financial reporting, process automation, and cash flow management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage AP, AR, and Collections, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support financial planning.
- Automate workflows within QuickBooks to streamline financial processes.
- Generate financial reports, monitor cash flow, and provide insights on cost control.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to improve financial procedures.
- Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation for financial records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in AP, AR, Collections, and Budgeting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, including automation and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly across teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
