Position Summary
The purpose of the Informational Technology (IT) Technical Support Specialist position is to provide informational technology support company wide to team members across all locations.
**This is an in-office role and will not be remote**
Roles & Responsibilities
- Hardware support and set-up to include work stations, basic networking, VoIP phones, cell phones, Android tablets and other IT needs as assigned by the Director of IT
- Software support and set-up to include, but not limited to; Google Workspace, TMW, Greenshot, virtual printers, etc.
- Responsible for case tracking of IT tickets for documentation of issues and future troubleshooting
- Responsible for timely, accurate, and professional replies to team members via IT tickets
- Responsible for maintaining computers with routine evaluation and inventory, reporting to the Director of IT any orders needed
- Conduct tests of hardware and software as advised by the Director of IT
- Provide remote support to other terminals as well as remote employees
- Creation of Knowledge Base articles to improve team member self help options
- Set-up resources and account creation for new team members
- Alternate weekends on-call
- Assist in special information technology projects as assigned by the Director of IT
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot for any hardware, software and network issues
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software including; storage, memory, processors, peripherals, and applications
- Android OS experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards of service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent required
- CompTia A certification preferred, but not required
- CompTia Network certification preferred, but not required

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with rotating weekends on call
Annual Salary Pay Range: $35,000 - $45,000
