Onsite Customer Service Representative
Position Overview :
RSM Atlanta LLC is seeking for an experienced Onsite Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team to provide first-level of customer support for queries and issues regarding restaurant facilities and equipment within the designated area or territory. He or she will communicate either in person, over the phone or electronically by responding to email messages and service tickets for customers, vendors, contractors, internal customers seeking assistance.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients to solve issues and concerns about the company services and products of the specific assigned area / s in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine site visit to existing and potential customers of the assigned area of responsibility to identify factors that need for improvement and implement opportunities for change to meet customer expectations.
- Conduct customer and market research to generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities to achieve business target.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels.
- Processing service requests, quotations, and invoices.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, vendors, coworkers at all times.
- Maintain regular and detailed records of all issues related to any facilities or equipment by documenting them in Zoho Desk.
- Perform self-identified repairs, if required.
- Other tasks as required.
