Summary.
This position offers independent contribution and support to the Human Resource Department responsible (1) on-boarding new hires; (2) document compliance; (3) serves as first point of contact for HR company wide and (4) represents HR at a local level within assigned office. This position requires extensive organizational skills, attention to detail and a cooperative approach with in / external personnel.
Job Responsibilities.
Updates job descriptions as required.
Posts all open positions.
Manages interview workflow.
Engages candidates, communicates and maintains contact through the hiring process.
Provides a seamless and welcoming on-boarding experience with all new hires.
Initiates and tracks all new hire documentation in accordance with department’s procedures.
Initiates background checks, reviews results, may schedule applicant for certain testing, and finalizes process.
Establishes new hire’s electronic personnel file.
First point of contact for HR related customer service.
Serves as HR representative for assigned local office.
Maintains e.file in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Monitors and managers HR Inbox.
Other duties as required or assigned.

Education / Experience.
High School Diploma or College Degree with three years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably HR or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have impeccable organizational skills, proficiency in MS office skills and be a self-starter with the willingness to learn.
