DESCRIPTION
As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for running a portfolio of 10-15 growing clients. You will be the agency's leader with each and function as the client's marketing director. You'll have a coordinator working with you as well as client planning assistance from the senior team, and you'll also need to manage production schedules, marketing calendars and budgets.
Your clients will be diversified and represent many consumer and business industries. The firm executes broadly online, so it's best if you are an early adopter of online trends and best practices and know-how to translate, articulate and communicate to clients.
While we are an interdependent culture, you'll also be expected to move fast with little supervision. But you'll always have teamwork. We won't expect you to "have the answer" each and every time. We will rely on you to execute the right processes to get the best answers and resources. We absolutely practice the proven fact that "three people make a genius."

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create Social and Google Ad campaign strategies and execute Ad set-up, creation, monitoring, and campaign adjustments while properly managing client spend.
- Analyze social Ad campaigns / research relevant industry trends / identify key metrics. (What’s working and what isn’t? Why? What is the solution?)
- Properly manage client spend for online Ads and campaigns through RSM platforms and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snap Chat.
- Properly manage client spend for online Ads and campaigns through RSM platforms and Google AdWords, search, and display platforms.
- Properly manage client spend for online Ads and campaigns through RSM platforms and Programmatic media buying platforms such as Hulu, Spotify, and other over-the-top platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy for client accounts through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages audience members to take action / engage with clients.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content.
- Create digital campaigns for each client assigned.
- Act as a team member to support the Paid Media Team through technical issues and cross-member contributions to large client projects.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, account services, creative, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Social Media Ads experience, management of online campaigns, data analysis background.
- Google Ads experience such as in Google search, display, AdWords.
- Programmatic media buying familiarity such as in Hulu, Spotify, in-app Ads, and other over-the top media buying opportunities.
- Efficient with social and Google Ad metrics, data analysis, and adjusting campaigns for a greater ROI / CPC.
- Working Proficiency of social media marketing, content/KPI’s.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and problem resolution abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Familiarization Google analytics.
- Experience with social optimization data.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive sales results.
- Strong organizational, project management, time management, and analytical skills.
