As a key member of the RSM Solutions, Inc. team, you will play a critical role in driving software implementations forward as a primary project manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on external customer-facing initiatives.
Responsibilities will include serving as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders, defining and monitoring deliverables, strategizing resource allocation, establishing project and communication structures, and leading regular project meetings with external customers.
We are seeking a methodical and outcome-oriented project management professional with at least 3 years of experience in IT-focused projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Additionally, candidates should have ERP or MES implementation experience and be willing to travel up to 10% primarily within the Midwest region.
