We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our team at RSS, LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in project-based accounting and billing.

- Prepare and process monthly progress billings, including lien releases, using MS Excel, MS Dynamics AX, Textura, and other third-party systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely invoice preparation and review.
- Maintain and update the billing log, tracking all billable items, payments, adjustments, and project milestones.
