What You’ll Do:
- Assist individuals in exploring career paths and entering education/training programs.
- Support vocational assessments and help develop individualized career plans.
- Work closely with our Vocational Evaluator, local DSS staff, and training providers to connect participants with the right opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support to participants as they navigate their career journey.
- Maintain detailed case notes and track progress toward career goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in career counseling, workforce development, case management, or vocational rehabilitation.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and community partners.
- Reliable transportation & valid VA driver’s license (some travel required).
