Job Description
The KYC / KYB Operations Lead will oversee and drive a focused remediation initiative to address gaps in the Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB) program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role requires deep knowledge of onboarding and ongoing monitoring of legal entity customers, particularly those with complex organizational structures requiring detailed identification and verification.
The individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day KYC / KYB operations, ensuring that both legacy and new customer onboarding, as well as future periodic reviews, are conducted in compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role involves working with various teams performing KYC reviews, managing escalations, and liaising with stakeholders to uphold compliance standards. Additionally, the KYC / KYB Operations Lead will focus on process improvements, managing workflows, and ensuring the highest level of due diligence in customer verification processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of KYC / KYB analysts, ensuring performance objectives are met.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team understands KYC / KYB policies and procedures.
- Set and monitor team KPIs to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
