We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join a prestigious organization that plays a key role in fostering business relationships between two major international markets. Based in New York City or Houston. Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite.

You lead the development, planning, and execution of a diverse range of marketing programs, including events, partnerships, and organizational projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and drive impactful marketing initiatives aimed at fostering business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and deliver presentations and briefings for stakeholders.
  • Manage program materials, including promotional assets and event agendas.
  • Oversee program budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Lead communication efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Engage with members to enhance satisfaction and involvement.
  • Represent the organization at events and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years in marketing, event planning, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related area.
  • Experience in business development proposals and strong communication skills.
  • Expert in PowerPoint; familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and managing teams / vendors.
