Duration : 12 months (C2H)
Location : New York, NY 10004 (Hybrid 3 days)

Responsibilities :
- Resolve Incident Reports within the MS Internal Environment
- Production Management, Root Cause analysis and resolution in line with SRE principles, SDLC and Change Management rules.
- 3rd party software maintenance, entitlements management, integration testing, and deployment-Resilience and DR testing : Developing and enforcing infrastructure best practices for 3rd party and internally developed applications-Plant Hygiene and management for different Bus
- We are looking for a strong Production Management candidate.
- You will have experience of managing, deploying to and debugging large scale production environments.
- You will work with firewall teams and submit tickets for rule changes and troubleshooting requests.
- You will be able to write secure, testable, robust code.
- You will be responsible for on-call responsibilities shared with a global team.
- You will be joining a global team of highly accomplished engineers, developers, and operations specialists.
- You will contribute and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- You will have experience with Change Management and Problem management practices.
- You will have experience with Perl or Python development for automation.
- You will be expected to act like an owner.
