RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of our clients in the professional services arena that is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to help cultivate relationships between their Clients / Partners and the institution. In this position, you will help clients select services, cross-sell, and provide advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, with a proven ability to generate revenue through strategic alliances.This is a full-time, permanent role, and 100% on-site.
There are multiple Florida locations available β South Florida Tri-County area (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach), and Orlando.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic and referral partnerships to support business growth.
- Develop and execute co-selling and joint business development initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Track partner performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Negotiate engagement terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with company standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen partner relationships.
- Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to drive joint success.
