Job Description
General Office
Phone etiquette
Email plans to reprographer be printed and pick up when ready (approximately two miles from the office)
Make initial calls for prospective projects and follow up
Any other task assigned by staff.
Subcontractors
Maintain subcontractor list
Download / save plans from owners
Upload plans into Dropbox for company and subcontractor use.
Email plans to subcontractors to bid projects.
Print and save bids as they are received and organize by project.
Call subcontractors for job bidding purposes.
Maintain updated Certificates of Insurance.
Requirements
Some college preferred or equivalent experience
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Use of MicroSoft Word, and Excel
Construction experience is highly preferred but not required
Personality test may be required
Reliable transportation
