We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at RTI Surgical Inc. As a key member of our Commercial Program Management team, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new accounts and renewal process for current accounts.
Job Summary:
The Commercial Operations Manager will design and implement a streamlined onboarding process to reduce lead times and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong commercial experience, leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a pricing strategy to ensure competitive pricing and maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, RSMs, Area Directors, Corporate Account Directors, hospitals, Compliance, Sales Ops, Customer Service, and Legal Departments to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Foster a culture of accountability and speed of execution within the onboarding framework.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial operations, account management, customer contracting, customer pricing (specific to med tech), and/or sales operations.
