Digital Marketing Specialist
RTR Vehicles is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will play a key part in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for performance automotive culture and is skilled in content creation, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media marketing. This is a full-time, in-person role at the RTR Lab in Concord, NC.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and engagement.
- Write compelling copy tailored for various digital platforms, including email campaigns, social media, PPC ads, blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Own and manage email and sms marketing campaigns (Klaviyo), from ideation and copywriting to automation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging assets for social media, digital ads, and email and sms marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for blog content, web pages, and digital campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide insights to optimize conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain and update Shopify product pages, landing pages, and promotional banners for a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Assist with content creation and on-site support during trade shows, automotive events, and enthusiast activations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance RTR’s digital marketing strategies.
Skills and Attributes
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or a related role (preferably in e-commerce or automotive industry).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to fit brand voice.
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo) and optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for running and analyzing paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with Shopify for managing product listings, landing pages, and promotions.
- Basic understanding of photography/videography content needs for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time, in-person (Concord, NC)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour workday (occasional weekends for events)
- Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 annually
