Founded in 1988, RTRLAW, a premier full-service law firm, has handled tens of thousands of cases and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients in different areas of law, including personal injury/car accidents, personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, workers’ compensation, family law, employment law, elder law, real estate law and commercial litigation. RTRLAW is a growing, successful law firm with six offices located throughout the state of Florida and one office in Texas.
We are currently seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist.
Compensation: $18-$20 an hour. For up to 25 hours per week. Pay is commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing all social media paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Redditt and TikTok)
- Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity
- Collaborating with influencers to improve brand awareness
- Managing a social media content calendar
- Increasing social media engagement across platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Redditt, Google and TikTok)
- Creating written and visual (image and video) content across several social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Redditt, Google and TikTok)
- Monitoring and analyzing trends and competitor performance
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)—like link clicks, likes, and other metrics—of social media marketing campaigns
- Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged
- Lite travel monthly to record video of attorneys for video creation
What You’ll Need:
- Understanding of/proven expertise in creating and managing organic and paid social media marketing campaigns on all social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Redditt, Google and TikTok)
- Strategic thinking for developing effective organic and paid marketing campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to study and interpret marketing analytics
- Great organizational skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
- Excellent communication skills for reporting results and liaising with leadership, agencies, contractors, and influencers
- Adept at community building and keeping calm under high-pressure online interactions
- Tech-savvy for creating visuals, if necessary, and collaborating with other creatives
- Reliable transportation for when lite travel is needed
Required:
- 1 years’ experience in building a brand and creating paid advertising campaigns via social media
Preferred But Not Required:
- 1 year in working with a lawyer/law firm as a client/in-house marketer
Location: Fully onsite Tampa Office. This position is NOT remote.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
