Position
The Social Media Strategist at Rubenstein PR will develop and execute engaging content strategies across major platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, and supporting SEO efforts to enhance visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in social media content creation & strategy across all platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and new emerging platforms ensuring our clients online presence is current and engaging
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends and tools, share insights on how they can be applied to enhance our strategies.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to help optimize our social media campaigns and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Support SEO optimization for social media content to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
- Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing,
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, with a knack for creating engaging content
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
Expected full-time salary range between $60k to $70k benefits.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
