Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator
As a member of Rubicon’s Organizational Impact team, the QA Coordinator will work closely with program managers, staff and partners to ensure compliance with internal and external documentation requirements for the Contra Costa County Workforce Collaborative (CCWC). The CCWC is a public-non-profit partnership of 12 community based organizations and educational entities offering Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) employment and training services at Rubicon and partner sites across the three County regions (East, Central, and West). This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Collection & Training: Maintain and update data collection procedures and documentation requirements checklists; utilize internal and external database applications; conduct user training and provide on-call support for data collection procedures and documentation requirements; enforce the integrity and timeliness of required data entry. Support electronic recordkeeping protocols.
- Data Quality: Maintain and update quality control protocols for required data entry and documentation; coordinate with program managers, staff, partners and system administrators to identify, resolve and correct data quality and documentation problems; identify frequent or systemic errors and coordinate with program teams to develop solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Contract Reporting: Utilize reports and analyses of program data for internal and external performance monitoring; prepare contract reports for internal review and submission; ensure the integrity and timeliness of required reporting. Support program staff in the use of dashboard reports to monitor their own performance. Review electronic files to ensure compliance with external monitoring and audit requirements.
- Effective Communications: Convey complex and important information to a variety of audiences, verbally and in writing.
COMPETENCIES

Experience working in a social service or related field setting
- Experience utilizing social service data collection systems
- Ability to learn and utilize principles of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Cultural Responsiveness, and Coaching in daily practice
- Strong ability to build professional relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication of complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Effective spreadsheet analysis skills
- Ability to productively collaborate with other Rubicon teams, government agencies and partner organizations
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $26.00 - 30.00 per hour
