Strong Customer Service skills and strong computer literacy with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and various software applications are a must.? Hybrid schedule available after 1-2 years, depending upon performance. Flexible hours available.
Job Duties include:
- Manage electronic and paper mail
- Set up files in case management systems
- Process and distribute all incoming mail (including scanning and profiling)
- Assist paralegals and legal assistants as needed
- Maintain department staff important Information documentation
- Perform quality control check on outgoing mail
- Other duties will be assigned
Qualifications:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 product
- Experience working with SharePoint is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task proficiently and effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Team player willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Knowledgeable of providing excellent customer service
