General Description
The Client Service Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships,
would serve as the liaison between clients, and the lead advisor in addition to being the lead
advisor's go-to team member for servicing clients. They would handle all requests from
Client and team members pertaining to account administration.
Major Responsibilities
- Complete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/Wire/Check requests
- Complete 100% of action items related to client in a timely manner
- Prepare all account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items
- Maintain current client information in all existing databases (CRM)
- Exhibit strong client relationship skills
- Manage/oversee new client onboarding process
- Schedule and/or attend client meetings
- Preparing standard client reports and draft agenda items as needed
- Assisting preparing financial plans for existing and prospective clients.
- Continue to develop technical knowledge and expertise
- All other duties, as assigned
Preferred Experience/Background/Skills
- One or more years of work experience in a related position is preferred
- Strong organization, planning, scheduling and problem solving skills
- Passion to serve clients and support a team of investment professionals
- Initiative, detail oriented, follow through.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels internally and
externally - Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient internet skills
- Ability to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to support multiple team members and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment - Ability to work effectively in deadline situations
- Highly motivated, energetic and resourceful
- Able to work independently, as well as with a team
- Ability to work in excess of normal work hours, when necessary
Working Conditions
-The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Travel for this position will be minimal
-Ability to sit for long periods of time
-Ability to move throughout office
-Ability to speak English to communicate with clients and team members
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelors in Finance or Accounting.
