Seasonal Technology Special Projects Consultant Overview
The special projects consultant will be responsible for assisting with new laptop setups, updates, new user configurations, and software installation for all of our six locations and remote users at the firm.
Seasonal Technology Special Projects Consultant Major Responsibilities
- Assist with new laptop configurations
- New user set ups
- Software installation
- Data transfers from old to new laptops
- Troubleshoot Windows 11
- Decommission/reconfigure old laptops
Seasonal Technology Special Projects Consultant Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of technology experience
- Experience working with laptops
- Experience imaging with Microsoft SCCM
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience Installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, computer system software
- Ability to follow a checklist and documentation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excels in organization and time management
Working Conditions
- Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Must be able to work extra hours as determined by the workload and expectations.
- Must be available for on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel for this position will be minimal
- Ability to sit for long periods of time..
