IT Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from our multiple organizations
- Generate tickets into our system to ensure proper documentation
- Troubleshoot technological issues including phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
- Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
- Ability to organize and prioritize work items
IT Support Specialist Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac
- General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity and other technological office equipment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
