Join Our Event Team – Now Hiring Event Servers in Napa!
RubyLemon is hiring friendly, reliable, and experienced Event Servers to join our team for a wide range of high-end events in Napa and the surrounding wine country. If you have experience in restaurants, catered events, or hospitality and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service – we’d love to connect!
We’re currently holding group Zoom interviews for candidates with a positive attitude and at least 3 years of guest-facing experience. Those who advance will be invited to a follow-up in-person interview.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or similar roles
- Polished, professional appearance with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, elegant environments
- Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (W2 position)
Job Details:
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour (depending on the event)
- Location: Events throughout Napa, CA and surrounding areas
- Job Type: Part-time, event-based work
