Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisitions and existing portfolio companies, spanning industries such as technology, healthcare, real estate, sports, chemicals, and consumer goods.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including market research, financial statement review, and identification of key risks and opportunities for potential investments.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials to support the investment decision-making process.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies by analyzing financial and operational metrics and generating regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals on strategic initiatives, including value creation plans and exit strategies for portfolio companies.
- Participate in internal and external meetings with management teams, deal teams, and other stakeholders to gain exposure to investment processes and industry dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering (financial, industrial, or systems), or a related field, with a preferred GPA of 3.4 or above.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools are preferred. Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to summarize and condense complex data into easily presentable and readily available content for team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a high level of curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Interviews to take place on a rolling basis. Positions are for the Summer 2025 and the months of June - August. Interns can expect an hourly wage of $18-$22 based on experience.
