Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Research target markets to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Identify and network with potential clients and referral partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Present the firm's services to potential clients, conveying our value proposition with clarity and professionalism.
- Introduce qualified prospects to the firm for an initial meeting with our advisors.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the CEO to set and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal marketing and advisory teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions using the firm's CRM system.
Qualifications
- You must reside in either Massachusetts or New Hampshire.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial advisory services, wealth management, and investment solutions.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
