What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Business Development position at Alliance Private Wealth?

Alliance Private Wealth is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development (DBD). The DBD plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our firm. Primarily focused on acquiring new business, the DBD is responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with potential clients and referral sources. Once these relationships are established the DBD will introduce them to the firm for an initial consultation. The DBD will continue to work with the firm to cultivate these new relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Research and analyze target markets to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
Identify and network with potential clients and referral partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
Present the firm’s services to potential clients, conveying our value proposition with clarity and professionalism.
Introduce qualified prospects to the firm for an initial meeting for our advisors
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build and expand the client base.
Work closely with the CEO to set and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and advisory teams to develop and execute business development strategies and coordinate events.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions using the firm’s CRM system for compliance purposes.
Develop and analyze reports to track business development performance and identify growth areas.
Schedule meetings, manage the prospect meeting calendar, and handle meeting logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5 or more years of experience in business development, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of financial advisory services, wealth management, and investment solutions.

Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education : College degree required

Preferred location of residency : NH or MA

Compensation is based on a combination of base salary, performance, and commission

Pay : $150,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
