Position: Events Partnership Manager
Reports To: Events Director
Location: Marysville, OH (5 days a week / onsite)

Job Summary:
The Event Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to support the success and growth of the event division. This role requires a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented professional who can identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and deliver exceptional value to our partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of managing successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, target, and secure new partnerships to support event sales goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential partners, and sponsorship/partnership opportunities
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally
- Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop activation plans that align with both partner goals and event objectives
- Create tailored partnership proposals and presentations
- Negotiation Management:
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure all agreements align with company policies and financial goals
- Manage partnership agreements to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Execution:
- Work closely with the events team to integrate partner activations seamlessly into event programming
- Ensure all partner deliverables are executed to the highest standards, including branding, on-site activations, and marketing
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of partnerships, providing recommendations for improvement
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the company at the forefront of partnership innovation
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Other Requirements:
- Availability to travel and attend events as required
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events
