Job Summary :
We are seeking a mature, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with prior experience in a law or CPA firm to provide high-level administrative support for a small professional firm. The ideal candidate will have outstanding organizational and file management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong task management skills to meet project deadlines and be able to work with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with and assisting our clients.
Pay is based upon experience.
Responsibilities :
General Administrative Duties :
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client communications in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and legal or financial documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys or accountants.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, filings, and document processing.
- Assist with payment tracking for clients.
- Assist with office and property maintenance.
- Assist with tax-related submissions and correspondence.
- Assist with setting up internet file-sharing portals and document transmission.
- Daily errands to banks and the post office.
