Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating service requests from customers by coordinating with service technicians and other personnel to ensure that customer needs are being addressed in a timely manner. You will work closely with technicians to coordinate their schedules and provide them with the necessary information needed to complete service calls, preventative maintenance, or service projects, as well as technician appointments. Additionally, you will forecast future schedules for technicians, communicate with customers both internally and externally to ensure that all commitments are met, and utilize service software for service call setup, tech scheduling, and updates.
