You will be part of the passionate and entrepreneurial GEM Service team where you will be responsible for the completion of multiple projects across multiple disciplines that were sold by the Service Sales Team in SE Michigan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of project.
- Review project details and specifications with sales team members.
- Organize scheduling with the customer, sub-contractors and in-house skilled trades.
- Order materials / equipment that have been selected by sales team members.
- Complete necessary requirements for permits, purchase contracts and sub-contracts as needed.
- Monitor job scope of work to determine if change orders are required.
- Organize necessary manpower skillset with service manager / dispatch.
- Monitor job progress and project spend amount.
- Schedule project pre-review / walk down meetings.
- Complete job closing process for project invoicing.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma: technical degree or College degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service-related project management.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of project management with financial goals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
