JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning information systems with business goals and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring information systems projects align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Provide thought leadership on technology investments, ensuring they drive innovation and operational excellence, supporting our multi-offering, multi-region growth strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing Information Systems team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability that delivers business results and supports cross-department initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to prioritize and implement high-impact information systems solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance to safeguard digital assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Develop and maintain external partnerships with advisors, vendors, and industry leaders to enhance information systems capabilities.
- Ensure the organization's information systems infrastructure and applications are reliable, accessible, scalable, efficient, and in alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Drive data integrity and analytics initiatives, ensuring access to critical business information and supporting a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Implement project management practices to ensure information systems initiatives achieve their objectives on time and within scope and budget.

- 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in construction operations, elevating the use of information systems and data to guide business decision making.
- Strong understanding of information systems governance, data management, analytics, and systems architecture.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, data management tools, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
