This is a full-time on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator at Rueben Excavation. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment machinery for excavation, grading, and other construction tasks. The role involves working on-site in Farmersville, TX.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Experience in excavation and grading work
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for heavy equipment operation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Prior experience in utility construction is beneficial
