As a Home Builder Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:
Growing sales with current builder accounts and generating new customer opportunities
Working with builders and their customers (property owners) through all stages of the project life cycle to achieve cost, quality and schedule objectives
Selling building material, primarily cabinets, via multiple channels, including builder specific programs, supply agreements, or turnkey offerings.
Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities with new and existing customers
Managing the sales cycle, including ordering, inventory management, material handling, delivery, installation (cradle to grave).
To be successful in this role, you must consistently demonstrate the ability to:
Build strong relationships with architects and builders and be involved in projects at the concept and design stage
Establish clear service expectations and consistently meet these expectations – from estimate through quote, product sourcing, order, delivery and return/credit processing
Work effectively with estimators, inside sales coordinators, dispatch/delivery staff and other support professionals
Required qualifications for this role include:
Valid driver's license
Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience; residential home or construction industry required
A continuous improvement culture
experience with 20/20 design strongly preferred
To work closely with both the Sales and Operations teams

Pay: $17.62 - $18.73 per hour
