Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS has an immediate opening for a full-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant in their Davenport office. This position supports their real estate agents, and also works closely with their co-workers, corporate staff, clients, and the general public. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience in a customer service role, and be very dependable; the ability to multi-task is essential to be successful in this role.
- Greets the public in person, on the telephone, and provides general information and directs to the appropriate party as necessary.
- Performs general administrative duties including: typing, data entry, copying, filing, handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, making calls, and sending emails.
- Creates seller and neighborhood reports as needed for agents.
- Orders home warranties as needed.
- Enters open house information.
- Performs general housekeeping tasks in the reception area, MLS room, conference rooms, and kitchen.
- Troubleshoots for copiers, fax machines, printers, and computers. Submits work requests to IT as needed.
- Provides backup support for the MLS administrator
- Cross trained to review agent paperwork for legal compliance and process as needed
- Drop mail at the post office, as needed.
- Updates office phone list
- Maintains master keysafe sheet and in responsible for tracking each keysafe and completes audits as requested
- Ensures all office supplies are stocked and completes ordering.

Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate laws, practices, forms and procedures is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an office environment, an Associate’s Degree is desirable, but not required.
- Advanced computer skills; previous experience working with Google Suite, or similar products is necessary.
- Hard-working and successful in previous positions.
- Strong communicator and mediator.
- Well organized. Excellent time-manager.
