What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Stacker position at Ruiz Food Product, Inc.?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect tortillas from equipment table tops and stacks tortillas in large plastic basket.
- Stack the correct amount of tortillas with proper height into delivery baskets according to established procedures
- Cover tortillas with plastic in each individual basket.
- Make visual inspection of tortilla products to ensure quality specifications are consistent with company standards.
- Report quality issues to machine operator and need to stop process if product is not meeting quality specifications.
- Perform work in a fast paced environment and maintain production requirements.
- Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for the general equipment cleaning.
- Removes food debris from conveyor catch pan and places it in designated inedible containers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
